D-BSSE meets Industry and the ETHZ Biotech Alumni organization invite you to the second annual D-BSSE Alumni Event.
The event aims at synergizing our common interests to help connect current D-BSSE members with D-BSSE Alumni now working in industry. This year, it will be of particular magnitude, as we will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of our department. Spend an evening discussing science, innovation, possible career options, and many other topics and join us in our effort to strengthen the ties of the D-BSSE Alumni network further.
Program overview:
19:00 – Introduction of D-BSSE meets Industry, the ETHZ Biotech Alumni Organization and the VMB
19:15 – Greetings from Prof. Beerenwinkel and screening of the new department image video
19:20 – Three short interviews of selected D-BSSE Alumni
- Dr. Marc Gitzinger, Founder and CEO of Bioversys
- Dr. Juliane Siebourg, Senior Biostatician at Roche
- Dr. Sebastian Bürgel, Co-founder and CTO of Validity Labs
20:10 – General open questions panel
20:30 to 22:00 Networking Apéro
