Kajia moved from Shanghai to Switzerland at the end of the 90’s. She is an HR expert with background in psychology, with more than ten years’ experience in Talent Management, Career Development, Leadership Development and Diversity and Inclusion. She has worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare and hospitality. She has worked in businesses of diverse size, from start-up to multinational corporation. Currently she is running her own business focusing on intercultural culture and supporting expats, especially Asian in various needs.
