About the event

Money makes the world go round – especially when it comes to expensive projects in life sciences. Omnes, a leading Paris-based venture capital firm investing in private equity and infrastructure, also branched out to invest in drug development, diagnostics, biotechnology, and medical devices.

Claire Poulard has a background in Pharmaceutical Management & Biotechnology as well as in Bioengineering & Neuroscience, joined Omnes Capital in 2015 specialising in the field Life Sciences where she is involved in decision-making process for smaller companies and startups. Claire will present her transition from a researcher to working at Omnes Capital and will help us to get a general idea about the interesting field of venture capital. Their firm is already funding Horama, Phercydes Pharma, AntaBio, Novate, Octimet and many others.

As always, the talk will be followed by a networking apéro,  where you’ll have some more time to talk to Claire.
